History of Building
Lincoln View Elementary School, home of the Leopards, opened its doors in August 2026 as one of the newest additions to the Papillion La Vista Community Schools district. Proudly displaying green, silver, and gold as its colors, the school was built as part of the 2023 Bond project to address the growing student population in the district.
Designed to accommodate 450-500 students, Lincoln View Elementary was constructed to meet the educational needs of the expanding community. The school incorporates modern educational design principles, focusing on creating flexible learning spaces that support collaborative and innovative teaching methods.
As with all schools in the district, Lincoln View Elementary embodies the motto "Be Known for Greatness" through its commitment to providing a high-quality education in a safe and nurturing environment. The school features state-of-the-art technology infrastructure and security measures, aligning with the district's focus on student safety and technological advancement.
The Leopards mascot symbolizes agility, strength, and adaptability—values that the school strives to instill in its students from day one. The curriculum emphasizes core academic subjects while also incorporating STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) initiatives to prepare students for future challenges.
Lincoln View Elementary is already playing a crucial role in serving the educational needs of our growing community and contributing to the overall excellence of Papillion La Vista Community Schools. As the school continues to develop its own unique identity and traditions, Lincoln View remains committed to developing well-rounded, high-achieving students prepared for future success.
